It’s been a busy few months in our test kitchen and we’re ready to invite you to taste one of our recipes—and take part in refining it.

What's Cooking: The Lean Green Tagine

When it comes to food, we believe in a future where everyone is able to eat healthfully and responsibly. We want to enable people to fix the food system—to inspire them and offer smart, liveable solutions. But the dishes we develop shouldn’t just be healthy or sustainable—we want to titillate people’s taste buds as well.

Join us for an evening at Baby Baby to taste our take on tagine, a North African dish named after the clay cooking pot in which it is cooked. To demonstrate that eliminating meat doesn’t mean sacrificing deliciousness, we’ve developed a “lean, green tagine”—one that puts the spotlight on locally grown vegetables such as spring cabbage and fennel. Its spicy kick comes from our special mix of fruit, nuts and herbs.
